arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Payment is with order or by a 7-day credit account.
Interest on overdue accounts will be charged at 4% above Natwest
Bank plc's base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Debts
Act. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods
if they are incorrect or incomplete and you must notify us within
7 days of receipt of our invoice if the goods have not been delivered.
Ownership of Artwork and Source Files.
Copyright Imago Design Studio shall hold all right, title, and interest in all original artwork, whether in draft, mock-up, concept or final development for the Project. Specifically, but without limitation, any payments for work shall be deemed for the use of, ie paid to use it only, no ownership is transfered unless by prior agreement.
Privacy Statement
This website is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When you visit our site to read or download information, we log your IP address which is automatically recognised by the web server. We do not make this information available to third parties, nor do we store or capture personal information.
